With over a decade of experience in PR, marketing, project management, and strategic communications, Ksenija Andrijanova leads MSL Baltics with a deep understanding of both the local and international landscape. Her career spans agency work, freelance projects, private sector roles, and academic contributions.
Ksenija is skilled in crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies, managing both internal and external communications, and leading digital and influencer campaigns.
Her strengths include copywriting, media relations, crisis communication, and social media management—skills that have driven successful campaigns for a wide range of clients. In addition to her broad skill set, Ksenija holds a qualification in health communication, enhancing her ability to develop effective communication strategies in the healthcare sector.
Her career includes leadership roles such as Senior Consultant and Business Development Manager at MSL Baltics, and Public Relations Manager at RSU Red Cross Medical College and EGV Clinic. Ksenija has also taught media literacy, evidence-based medicine, and critical thinking at the University of Latvia and Rīga Stradiņš University.

Oana is a Romanian integrated communication expert with 20 years of experience, mixing journalism, marketing, public relations, creative, digital and social media. After a solid career in journalism, with 4 years in print media and television, and several enriching experiences in direct marketing and PR, in 2007 she became one of the first team members of MSL The Practice, the most awarded PR agency in Romania and in the CEE region.
She built her career on solid foundations, having grown professionally step by step from PR Consultant to Consumer Practice Director, Head of PR Department, Client Service Director and for the most recent 10 years to her current leadership position.
Oana was the project leader of numerous successful campaigns, with an impressive track record of more than 200 international and local awards, in competitions such as Cannes Lions, EMEA SABRE Awards, Global SABRE Awards, European Excellence Awards, IPRA Golden World Awards, ICCO Global Awards, International Business Awards, Romanian PR Award, Internetics or ADC*RO Awards.
Oana is also an experienced juror in local and international competitions (e.g. Cannes Lions, Eurobest, EMEA Sabre Awards, Cristal Festival, Romanian PR Award, ADC*RO Awards, International Business Awards), a guest speaker in various industry events and a trainer for marcomm professionals and aspirants.
Alexis Mylonas is the Brand Lead, MSL Greece.
Alexis has extensive experience in corporate and brand communications, media and stakeholders' relations, public affairs and issues management, as he has been working for more than 12 years in the communications and public relations market. In 2018, Alexis undertook the task to establish the public relations discipline of Publicis Groupe in Greece and within four years he managed to turn MSL Greece into the fastest growing brand of the Groupe in the country. With major clients, like adidas, Samsung, P&G, The Walt Disney Company, Visa and many more, MSL Greece achieved to be awarded with the Best PR Agency of the Year award in 2022.
Alexis has an expertise in various business sectors, such us pharmaceuticals, FMCGs, beverages, technology, sportswear, energy, and asset management, as during his career he has worked for clients, such as adidas, Samsung, Visa, P&G, Daimler, Heineken International, Janssen – Johnson & Johnson, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations and the Panhellenic Union of Pharmaceutical Industries.

Olena is not a newbie in Publicis Groupe. For 8 years (2002 - 2010) she had been working in the Client Service department of D’Arcy | S&S managing big local and international clients with a full range of ad services, including strategic planning, ATL, PR & BTL.
She has received numerous creative awards, including EFFIE Grand Prix. She has been an EFFIE Ukraine jury member for 8 years.
Sebastian Stępak is the CEO of MSL Central and Eastern Europe.
As a marketing and corporate communications executive with 20+ years of experience designing campaigns, shaping strategies and providing C-level counsel for the most respected local and international companies, Sebastian now heads regional offices in the CEE region and oversees every aspect of client business in the region. He is also the CEO of MSL Poland based in Warsaw.
With a focus on creativity and 360 degrees integrated communications, he developed a series of top-level products allowing clients to reach far broader audiences.

Iva Grigorova has 15 years of experience in PR with focus on strategic communications for corporate and consumer brands and NGOs. She has been working with companies like P&G, Viber, Glovo, Lidl, Kaufland, A1, Vivacom, DSK Bank, Devin, Bosch ESC, Abbvie, FashionDays, Tommy Hilfiger, Coty, and UNICEF. Her strong approach to business and team development allows her to create and apply innovative solutions. Such an example is the software for measuring PR coverage - PR Brand Acceleration.
Iva is contributing to the PR industry by participating in different local and international industry events, organized by BAPRA, BDVO, IAB and IPRA. She was a jury member in Dubai Lynx 2021 in the PR category and in Young Lions Bulgaria 2019 for PR, organized by Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
Currently, Iva is Deputy Chief of the Bulgarian PR Association (BAPRA).
Radek Vítek is the Head of Brand Reputation in MSL Czech Republic.
Radek is one of the most experienced Public Relations executives and experts in the Czech Republic. He has more than 30 years of experience in PR, communication and marketing. He has built and developed several successful PR agencies. He is responsible for managing MSL team and providing senior communication advisory mainly in corporate communication, issue management and crisis management. Radek started his professional career in 1992 in PRAGMA Communication, one of the first PR agencies in the Czech market. For almost 10 years he was Managing Director of GCI Praha, PR agency of Grey Worldwide, and H+K Strategies. He also managed Prague branch of Ogilvy Public Relations for more than eight years and local PR.Konektor agency.
He has strong experience with change management and crisis communication. He assisted international brands in entering the Czech market and helped them develop their activities. He was involved in key privatization and restructuring projects. Sandra Baran is the Brand Leader of MSL Slovenia.
During her 5-year career as an independent project manager Sandra has accumulated a wide range of skills in a variety of projects, which included event management, video production, PR and many more. After accepting her first industry job in 2016 at Saatchi&Saatchi Ljubljana she initiated platforms and led teams that have consistently developed work praised for both creativity and effectiveness. She’s proud to have been a part of some of the most intricate, innovative and impactful projects on the market.
She led SM/PR integrated, content and experiential campaigns for clients like Grundig, HOFER (Aldi) and The Athlete’s Foot. Since 2019 she was given the opportunity to lead MSL Slovenia and her step-by-step approach and great collegial environment led to form meaningful collaborations with global clients like Sandoz, EY-Parthenon, Samsung, GSK and others. Sasho Duljanov is the PR Director in MSL North Macedonia.
Head of Communications and Public Relations at Publicis for the past 20 years. Responsible for developing and implementing various public relations campaigns, which include strategy preparation, selection of PR techniques, preparation of materials, consulting, crisis PR, as well as establishing close contacts with journalists.
